We had Caliber repair almost new auto that hit by someone making an illegal turn, causing damage to my driver's side rear door and wheel well. The frame was damaged ans rear wheel out of alignment. My adult son and I picked up the car today, nearly two weeks ahead of estimated repair time. After very close examination of my car, we could ne tell the car was ever damaged. Caliber Collision gets an A+ from us. Very professional business.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. I visited them on May 12 and worked with Ron, who was very helpful throughout the entire process. He clearly explained what needed to be done, walked me through the next steps, and made sure the work was completed within a reasonable timeframe. I also really appreciated the timely status updates, including the estimate, which kept me informed along the way. The lady at the front desk was wonderful as well — she was quick, professional, and very easy to work with. Overall, the service was smooth, efficient, and professional. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking for reliable auto repair service.

Quality of repair was excellent, but why did the estimated price to the insurance company double from the initial estimate when the repairs were straight forward and no new damage came to light during the work.

I can’t remember her name, but she got the stuff I left in the rental car out for me and saved it. I work at a grocery store and I left my work keys, name tag and box cutter in the rental. I have to have them to open the store each day I work. Everyone was super nice and informative.
