Ron Bursey was excellent throughout the process with handling USAA and Enterprise Rental while my Durango was with Caliber Collision (N Anderson Rd in Rock Hill, SC) for repairs. He always provided me updates even when I couldn't get a hold of USAA, he was prompt and thorough, friendly and I can tell genuinely wants to help the clients get their vehicles back in top condition. Paige was helpful when explaining billing to me and answering questions I had. Everyone was polite, friendly, helpful, respectful and honest to work with.
