Not having much experience with collision services, I was reassured that Caliber could do quality work and it was guaranteed for as long as I own my vehicle.

My insurance company claims representative guided me to Caliber. The front office staff were very helpful and friendly. I washed the exterior AND interior of the car before delivering it for repair. Repair took seven days as promised. Upon picking up the car, it had a warning that the front left tire was deflated by 14 pounds. The staff inspected the tire and re-inflated the tire. I'm keeping an eye on it for any problem. Upon driving the car less than a mile, the dashboard screen started warning me of an open door and a remote left in the vehicle, and rotating through different screens of data. I returned to Caliber to let them know what was happening. The staff made note of my concerns. Upon returning home, i began to replace items into my vehicle and noticed that there was dried dirt on the drivers floor mat, dirty hand prints on the door panel, and the rear cargo area had dirt, grass, lint, and a sticky substance on the carpeting. Obviously the car interior had not even been swept or wiped clean as promised. I had cleaned and detailed the interior before I took it in for repair. I am just a little disappointed that it was returned to me that way along with the tire issue and warning signals. Signals have stopped but I am hoping they don't start again.

My truck had a paint chip on the driver door and paint rubbed off the back passenger door. The work they did on my vehicle was only the inside. Somehow they damaged the outside. Maybe the detailer they hired. Either way. Not happy
