While parked our SUV was struck in the front by a high vehicle. Our insurance uses Caliber Collision. We were impressed by the attitude, repair estimate and knowledge any hidden items would be covered. We received biweekly updates on the progress of the restoration; the SUV was returned two days prior to the original date. The quality was outstanding and you'd never know it was repaired. We stand by Caliber Collision and would recommend their services to anybody.

I was blown away with the communication and next steps by the staff. They gave me updates every other day to let me know the progress of my vehicle. Which was so helpful because of my work travel and in need of my truck to go on a snowmobile trip.

The car looked great. Thought the communication was ok on when the ETA might be. Seems like there were times where they thought it would be done sooner than what it actually was. So maybe just trying to dial in the date would be the only opportunity. Also there is a small friction when opening and closing the passengers door. Nothing impacting in closing, but you can hear a small rubbing when opening and closing the door.
