I was told all parts were in when the car was being dropped off but it took almost 3 weeks to get all the parts needed to fix the vehicle, therefore, we had to rent a car for over 2 weeks which ended up costing us around $600. They did waive our $250 deductible which was nice but obviously that falls quite a bit short of what the rental car cost was.
