Caliber went above and beyond in many aspects. To highlight a few: communication throughout the entire repair process with updates multiple times a week. Repair reports and documentation were provided upon pickup. Vehicle was restored to new, and they gave a good detailing to my interior which was a pleasant touch.

They called 3 times a week, to keep us updated on the repairs on our van. When we picked up our van, it looked like there was no damage done. They cleaned the inside and outside of our van. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work on vehicle.
