It was a good experience, and I liked the people I talked to there. There was some glass left in the truck, but there is a very small chance that a bag that I put back in there possibly had a tiny bit of glass on it in a crevice, and if that’s even a possibility, I did not want to blame collision. But I think some glass was missed. The phone system was hard to deal with. But overall, I think they did a great job.

Threw away a bunch of my previous invoices and paperwork in my glovebox. I wasn’t sure why they needed to go in there for anything, now I don’t have access to those documents.

Lady at the front was very nice and professional. Wasn’t pleased with Mitchell, my service guy. Fairly condescending about my vehicle and they went through my glovebox after. Didn’t appreciate the lack of respect or professionalism here.
