When I picked up car, one of the rear floor mats was in the back of the car soaking wet. When I picked it up water actually ran off the mat. The car stunk. Smelled like rotten fish. Every floor at had moisture under it. So I spent the weekend cleaning and deodorizing. Paint has at least two runs in it. Left rear twilight assembly had moisture in it. I dried it out but it may come back when it rains. White residue on every door weather strip. Tape marks on left and right side of rear panel. Bottom of bumper scratched.

Despite my efforts, I was unable to get any information regarding my car for weeks and the repair took much longer than initially anticipated. The combination of those things made the process stressful and exhausting.
