Quality, service recovery and rental car services where excellent. The communication on status was what was lacking

The communication on the front end was extremely poor. I had to call 4 times over the 1st 3 days to have someone talk to me as the coordinator overlooking my repair. The receptionist told me 2-3 times someone would call, I'd wait 4-5 hours and then i had to call back. Finally after asking to talk w owner/mgr i received giid service. The assigned person to me claimed he never recvd msgs to call me. At the end, it was better and they even dropped my car off when i was out of town. The answer i was given at the front end for poor service was that they were being acquired and communication was suffering.
