Reasoning for the 7 is because they missed the repair of my tail lights and the repair of my muffler pipe. They were suppose to call the insurance company paying for the repairs and as of yet still haven't heard anything.

I had such a great experience with Caliber. Mr. Frank was so wonderful to work with. He made the process smooth and easy and I felt like I was in very capable hands the whole time. It was so nice to not have to worry or stress about missing my car for a week or so. They also got the work done in a very efficient manner! I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
