The gentlemen who handled my repair (forgive me I can’t remember his name but hopefully it’s in my file) deserves a big shout out for doing a fantastic job! He was very communicative and kept me apprised of the status throughout my repairs, helped me with rental car pickup/ drop off and had answers to all of my questions. The work was done so quick! I couldn’t have had a better experience. It was my second time using this shop within 6 weeks and both times exceeded my expectations! Thank you guys!

The car looks and functions like it did before it got hit. Arrangements were made so that I had no hassle getting my rental vehicle or turning it back in. The Caliber service rep apparently came in on his day off to get the car to me so that I did not have to wait over the weekend. They exceeded expectations.
