my car was not ready the first time I was told it should have been ready also there was a miscommunication between the adjuster and the body shop which resulted and the rental car covered by the insurance to be charged to me for 4 days this was a result of the car needing more repairs after the body shop had said it was ready I am still trying to get refunded for the money charged to my card
