The whole experience was great and it was reassuring to know that I was constantly being updated about my car. The whole staff was amazing and so friendly. Brian answered all my questions and he definitely made me feel great about my decision to take my car to caliber.

Took a while to get car back because of holidays but also because no one realized my car was there (was transported from a different location). Also having start up concerns that I need to address. The customer service I have received, however, has been awesome and has made the experience much more tolerable than what was expected.

Very professional staff and I was very impressed with the process. It has been a stressful time having to deal with the accident, but working with Steven made me feel at ease.
