Everything was great! My car looks brand new. I was able to get my car sooner than expected which was a plus. They were so attentive always updating me on the process of my car and were super helpful with the whole thing. Felt amazing to be able to get my car fixed with such a great service!

Caliber Collision got the repairs done in a day and a half. When I didn’t have a way to pick up the car when it was done, they delivered it to my home. I’m very happy with the results and with Caliber.

The whole process was so convenient, starting with scheduling an appointment online. Ralph had my estimate ready in no time and the front desk arranged for Enterprise to pick me up to get my rental. Ralph kept me updated the whole time and my car was fixed and ready by the end of the week. The color match is amazing and I am so impressed with the result! I hopefully won’t need more work in the future, but if I do I would trust Caliber on Florin again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

After what I had experienced I probably wouldn’t recommend the florin location.

I brought my car in with no other issue other than the side scrape that needed to be repaired. They peeled off about 3 inches of paint from the trunk & just paint brushed it to cover it up. You can obviously tell by looking at it. When I picked up my car the airbag sensor came on & I had to wait over a hour for them to fix it. When I dropped off my car there were no sensor lights on nor peeled off paint. They fixed the issues that they caused but it should’ve never happened in the first place. Hopefully caliber collision at other locations do better but I wouldn’t recommend this particular location on florin road because of my experience.
