The work is horrible! The price for all repairs were near 9,000 dollars...the work they did looks like a 1500 dollar job, if that...I am very disappointed that I didnt go to the shop I normally go to. This will be the last time I ever take a vehicle to this place! If I could get my money back and take it to the place I usually go to I would!

I would never go to them again.. they do macco type of repairs...quality wise... I'm so disappointed that I went there.

Horrible experience. Never again will I ever go to this shop. I normally go to a different shop and was going to take the money and go but since my insurance recommended this shop for the estimate I felt like I should just get the repairs done by them...big mistake. They charged close to 9k dollars...the work looks like a macco couple hundred dollars paint job with over spray inside my truck dirt stuck to the paint, grease or something that looked like grease inside my truck. They tried giving me back the truck filthy and as it was...the color doesnt even match with existing color...the door they replaced is not even with the front driver side door that stayed...I wish I could go back in time and go to my shop instead.

Luis handled my transaction with Caliber Collision, everything was explained well and completed in a timely manner. I was also offered a ride to and from the car rental company. The secretary was very friendly and made me feel comfortable during my two visits. Overall it was a very smooth and professional experience, I would definitely recommend Caliber to anyone needing insurance work. I am very satisfied with my experience.

The specific area on the bumper was fixed perfectly. they were not allowed to use a dab of paint to make the other side look good. Seems incomplete
