Customer service was great! Todd was great! Amber was great! Now what wasn't great was the text message I received saying my car would be ready by 7/5/19, but it turns out that it wasn't ready until 7/9/19. It was an inconvenience because plans were made for that weekend, and since my car wasn't ready, I could not follow through with those plans. Other than that I am satisfied.

My car came back with new damage after being delayed 5 days... I’m normally pretty easy going and understanding but I mean... come on. Front bumper is missing a piece that should of been taken care of from the initial fix
