Caliber treated me with respect. They made it easy for me to leave my car and get a rental car.. I was kept aware of everything while they were working on my car. The work done on my car was superb. The car was completed in less time that I thought what it was going to take. I am extremely happy with the work they did.

The work was completed in a timely manner and to factory specifications. It’s like the accident never happened. We have insurance for these things. Caliber is the best and I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone that is need to repair the vehicle. Nobody wants to go through that, but dealing with the great staff at Caliber makes a difficult time easier and the results of their work bring your vehicle back to its original condition. I highly recommend Caliber!

He consistently gave me updates on my car and kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Everything went great with Ralph for our service at Caliber Collision. Apparently there was a question on this survey asking if I had to return, and I must have accidentally clicked the wrong button. The only reason I returned was to pick up my vehicle when it was ready. There were absolutely no issues with the repair or service. This survey was apparently more complicated than expected, and I don’t want my mistake to negatively affect Ralph’s score because he truly provided exceptional service from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally, communication was great, and the entire process went smoothly. 5 stars.

It's was just a little disappointing to see the used parts, Safeco always garenteed new parts. My understanding is that Liberty Mutual approved used part. Caliber Collison did an wonderfully successful ✨️ job. Thank everyone at Florin Rd. Caliber Collison
