We had a great experience with Caliber located off Florin Rd. We worked with Ralph Ortega and he took very good care of us. He communicated each step of the repair process, and they did great work on our bumper. I don’t remember the name of the lady who worked the front desk, but she was fantastic as well. Thank you team!

This is warranty repair work. So I wish I didn't have to take the car in to begin with. However, current service was satisfactory. The new repair looks good. We'll see how long it lasts.
