Ralph and his staff were very welcoming. They kept me updated through text and call about my vehicle and each process it underwent. I was expecting it to take a long time, but they had it finished in a couple days

I was notified my car was ready. I go today and once I see my car I immediately notice scratches running along the body on both sides. I start to point out scratches and Ralph goes to get a rag and starts wiping the car to try to get the scratches to go away. This made me very uneasy as it has been about a month on this repair and this should have been done properly already. Once in point out a significant amount of scratches still present to both sides Ralph marks the damage with a green marker. I asked if they would go over both sides again so that I wouldn’t have to point out every blemish, Ralph replied that they would only repair what I point out. Again this made me upset. I had to get on my knees and look closely at the body work to make sure I didnt miss anything and risk not getting my car done properly. There was parts of the front bumper that weren’t even done yet. I was very unhappy that my car was two different colors. The sides were bright white and the front and rear bumper were both an eggshell white. Ralph said the color difference was because the sides of the car are metal and the front and sides are plastic. Even if this was true my car is now two different colors. When I bring the car in with the damage and scratches the car was all one color. Regardless of the materials. I find this very unsatisfactory as a professional that an expert would pass this type of work as complete. I have been to caliber collision a few times and have never been so disappointed by the quality of work.
