The repair work done to the body damage was satisfactory but the repair on the accessory trims and pieces are less than satisfactory.

The communication needs to be improved. Front desk shows a clear lack of enthusiasm for customer support, and if you do not reach out to the collision team, they will not update you on your vehicle’s status or your claim status. Over the course of 10 days, I did not get a call once except until the car was ready. I had to reach out multiple times for updates with my claims adjuster and with the collision shop on status.

I was so happy with caliber collision on Northgate. Todd was my service advisor and he was extremely helpful. Also, Taylor, the receptionist was super great. I had a complicated situation regarding insurance and they helped me and handled it with care. I would definitely use this location and these people specifically again.
