Three items that need to be fixed. The rubber stripping below the passenger door is not attached properly and it is hanging below the door. Decal on the back left trim k need to be installed. Both light at the interior tailgate not secure and the left side is not working

The receptionist at the front desk has no clue what was done to the vehicle at the time at the vehicle pickup. At least know what is kind of repair is done to customer vehicle when ask what is being done instead of I repair. At least read the scope of work being performed being turning it over.

They did a very unprofessional job with the first repairs to my car- it was just to repair paint transfer from a simple impact accident. The car was returned with moldings not snapped on correctly and the paint with defects in it, deep enough that you could feel them. They did take my car again and it took another two drop offs to get the paint job done correctly. During the whole process, their customer service and expectation setting and treatment were horrible by the people I encountered including Jen and Todd. I would never recommend bringing your car to this location.
