The manager met with me at the pick up, he was extremely professional and polite, apologized about the miscommunication. His professionalism is why I will continue to recommend Caliber Collision!!!

There was a miscommunication between staff about when to pick up the car. So the employee I spoke w/ inadvertently forgot to tell the tech the phone call where she indicated it would be ready possibly Friday, for sure Monday. It apparently was ready on Friday, which I received call, which was a federal holiday & I was already out of town then Caliber was CLOSED Saturday & Sunday. Monday morning at approx 8 am I called & let them know I would be coming into town that evening & picking it up in the morning. She indicated she would let them know. But two hours later I get an email from my insurance saying caliber told them that I wasn’t picking up my car. This was very disconcerting. Since there was no opportunity for me to pick it up on Saturday and Sunday because they’re closed on Saturday and Sunday and I called Monday the first available day and then I picked it up on Tuesday morning because I was back in town.

Tod went over everything that needed to be done to my car and made sure my rental car was there. When l picked up my car he again went over everything that was done and returned the rental. My car had been cleaned inside and washed.
