I really appreciate, everything was great 😃 people are professional and friendly, I'm not going to complain. Only one little mistake happened, when I pick up the car I don't check, because I trust everyone thinking 🤔 everything was good, but when I get home I opened the hook, and I see is missing a part, on the top the front bumper, the area the hook is click when is closed, for sure I have to take back.

I’ve had a previous collision and brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision before, so I already knew with this second collision to bring my car back to Caliber Collision without a doubt. Although I had never visited this specific location, Northgate Blvd., I wanted to give them a try specifically because this location is close to my home as well as my place of work. My expectation with receiving quality customer service was still expected, and that is what I received. I was very satisfied with the customer service from day one all the way up until when I picked up my vehicle. Associates Brian, Dustin, and Taylor that specifically assisted me in more ways than one, were extremely positive, professional, compassionate, kind, and treated me with the upmost respect and dignity, regarding not only my vehicle, but also my circumstance with the issue at hand, and made sure that all my questions were answered. If I have to return my vehicle to a collision center, without any doubt, it’s going to be Caliber Collision.
