Caliber did a great job. They even rubbed out a couple of faded spots that were not on the area they repaired. The office staff and the person doing the estimate were very helpful. Would definitely refer them and use them again if necessary. Pam Campbell

My vehicle 2011 Toyota 4 runner was damaged in a house fire so caliber collision was the shop that my insurance recommended. Honestly I was skeptical about bringing it to any shop but upon reading this shops reviews I saw nothing but good reviews. After dropping my car off i was told I’d received a new estimate the next day but a week went by and I heard nothing. A week later I contact them and the gm reaches out to me with a voicemail explaining what happened and why it’s been taking longer than expected and they’ll reach back out to me. The next couple of days I was able to reach my estimator (Todd Evan’s) and he was excellent, he was sick so that’s why I wasn’t given any information and my car had to be inspected more thoroughly before giving me my new estimate. Throughout the whole repair process Todd was giving me updates of my car and when it would be done. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, my car looked brand spanking new. I would definitely recommend caliber collision. On top of that , they even gave me a discount hearing that my house caught on fire. 15/10 I would recommend caliber collision the whole process of repairing my vehicle was excellent. Thank you guys at caliber from the bottom of my heart. I will be sharing this story !

My car looks brand new after the repair ! I would’ve never knew that this car had fire damaged cuz of how new my car looks. Although one of my fenders sticks out just a tad bit my overall experience here was phenomenal so I’d rate it 10/10

The people at caliber collision are phenominal. Todd was excellent with communication and satisfaction and the older gentlemen (who I don’t know his name but I should’ve asked for his name ) got to know about my situation from a personal level and helped me out a ton ! 15/10 I cannot thank them enough I will be sharing my story of my experience with caliber collision. I worked with Todd, and he was excellent. Since this was my first accident of any kind, I felt very anxious. Part of that anxiety was worrying whether my car would look the same as it did before it was hit. Todd reassured me by explaining Caliber's process and capabilities. I decided not to have my car moved to other Caliber shops if needed to speed up the repair, and I was not disappointed. My car was ready within the estimated time frame and looks great.
