Sara was extremely communicative through the entire process, and she explained everything up front. Thank you for giving my car back to me freshly washed! I did find a small unused part that I think I may have bought that was forgotten in the driver’s side door pocket: “film-rr dr anti chipping”, like a protective decal or something. Not a big deal.

Not a great experience as a whole. Loved the text updates and so I would rate that individually a 10. The repair took over 2 months and the body repair wasn’t started until all mechanical parts were received so they car sat there a long time. Quality as expected and no concerns except for minor things missed like a broken license plate holder.

Sara and the team in Natomas went above and beyond to keep me fully informed throughout the process and make sure the repairs were done perfectly- even making slight adjustments on pickup to ensure I was happy. I received regular updates about the progress of repairs. Repairs were completed on time and to my satisfaction. Staff even worked with me on a discrepancy with my insurance. Unfortunately I've had more than one reason for vehicle repairs, but both times I've used Caliber Collision they have had exceptional service.
