I worked with Todd, and he was excellent. Since this was my first accident of any kind, I felt very anxious. Part of that anxiety was worrying whether my car would look the same as it did before it was hit. Todd reassured me by explaining Caliber's process and capabilities. I decided not to have my car moved to other Caliber shops if needed to speed up the repair, and I was not disappointed. My car was ready within the estimated time frame and looks great. The staff there was helpful, friendly and efficient. They were communicative and didn’t let me wait unattended at all. I knew what I needed to do at all times and it was a smooth process. When had questions after dropping my for off with them, they were prompt in answering my calls. Great experience.

Thank you Todd for washing and vacuuming my car afterward. My minivan was covered in crackers and general kid mess - thank you so much! The detail job was really appreciated. Also the ease of having enterprise drop off and pick up the rental made everything so much simpler.

Had a pleasant experience throughout the entire process with Brian R.! He made sure I was kept up to date on the status of the repair. As a happy surprise, the repair took 2-3 days with all the parts for the repair arriving the following day after drop off, so less days spent with a rental. My car looks new and I'm very happy with how it all turned out.
