Although, I had to take my Jeep back for the third time to repair corrections on my vehicle. I do appreciate Caliber taking my concerns seriously and rectifying the situation. I do understand that caliber may not be able to control the quality of work that needs to be done at the auto shop they take it to. However, moving forward I do hope that they make sure they take all their customer's vehicle's to a shop that has proven themselves to do good quality work. I do not want anyone else to go through the inconvenience that I went through. In spite of all of this the customer service was fantastic. SHOUT OUT to Isaiah for making sure my Jeep was repaired at a different auto shop that fixed the damages. #kirkwood (I recommend rethinking using "Valley Tires" they should change their name to "VALLEY OF DEATH" cause that's what you're going to get). I also appreciate Isaiah making sure I had a rental car while the repairs where being done. Big Ups to Kat, Thomas and Claudia y'all have a great team. Happy Holidays!!

I am quite pleased how fast my car was fixed. The body work is amazing. One would have not known if my car had any damages done to it. They did an excellent jobs fixing it. Even the front desk, Claudia, was very professional and kind to me. I was very pleased with the overall service. I am glad I came to Caliber collision. They took care of what I wanted. This is the kind of company you want to keep returning back to. I am forever grateful for their services.
