First day we dropped off the car and mentioned to the estimator that the front and rear tire and rims were damage as well due to the incident Estimator said that they will do inspection other than the visual. To make the story short. He did not include the rear tire and rim right away, we have to follow up so many times and finally the estimator had it inspected and added the estimate after and my son end up paying extra $300 for his rental . Because the maximum days was only 22 days End up being 30 days?? vehicle had an appointment and parts were ordered before the dropped schedule date. we picked it up and my son was scheduled to had his tires replaced and couldn’t do it. Because they forgot to put the wheel lock back in the car. So my son had to go back to Caliber Natomas pick up the lock and reschedule his tires appointment

I had a timing issue and needed the car done by a specific date which I advised. Initially it was not adequately addressed, but eventually extra efforts were made to meet the deadline. I would recommend being more aware of any timing issues at the beginning to avoid issues like mine. Ultimately I got what was needed.
