The front desk lady was very helpful and professional. And the guy who helped me updated me on my car daily and it helped a lot. Overall, customer service is excellent from start to finish. They give my car a wash and it looked clean. The work on my car was decent, windshield was replace to standard, rear panel was repaint and look very fresh and clean, but the hood had some small paint spots that was missed. Overall I’m satisfied with the service. Thank you

This was my first time dealing with a collision repair but the Caliber Collision team on Northgate Blvd really made the process seamless. Thomas was quick in getting my drop-off scheduled and thorough with the communication of updates throughout. When I picked up my car, not only was the collisioin repaired, but it was also cleaned and detail. I really appreciate their efforts in ensuring that my car came back to me looking better than how I dropped it off.

Caliber Collision did a great job repairing my truck! I received a call from them that it’s ready for pick up, and I was surprised to see my truck! It looked like I just bought a new truck! Caliber Collision not only repaired the damage, they also washed my truck! I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to my family and friends!
