the work is not completed after a MONTH of having my car and causing me all kinds of problems and money and inconvenience with canceling rides with neighbors (5 times cancellations) who wanted to give me a ride to go to the shop; missing MD appointment; missing an entire month at exercise club and still having to pay for the month…
