The original estimated date continued to be pushed back. I called for an update on my vehicle, I was told I would receive a call back. Instead of a call, I was sent an automated text update. When I asked for assistance with my rental car coverage due to the delays, miraculously my car was finished prior to the latest estimated completion date. Not sure if the work was done correctly, as I have no experience in auto body work. Despite the company ordering the wrong part, I was told manufacturing delays are out of their control. The manager stated that the wrong parts order only caused a 1-2 days delay at best. When I asked if that cost could be reimbursed for the rental, I was told they would escalate the matter to a regional VP for approval and let me know. I never received an answer. I made an appt to drop my car off on April 25. The disassembly didn’t take place until 10 days later, per the text updates. At first, the team was very welcoming and friendly. After inquiring about the rental care reimbursement, the warmth quickly turned cold. The staff were not overtly rude. However, their demeanor towards me definitely changed. I would not use this location in the future.

I picked my vehicle up from caliber on June 10, 2022 when I made it to my residence I inspect the vehicle the front bumper is loose and you can push it in the headlight on the left-hand side has a huge gap between the hood and the headlight when you push the bumper in the right side of the fender goes in and out also my fog lights I can take my finger and put it between the bumper and my fog light there’s about a 2 inch gap it is not push on the left fog light or the right the grill is loose as well I am 1000% dissatisfied on satisfied with the work I have contacted my adjuster to inform him of my findings I would really like someone to contact me

The time between quote and repair was a bit long. But they were able to get me in sooner. Staff are great and immediately took care of all of my concerns.
