The quality of repair at this Caliber Collision location was phenomenal. My vehicle came back looking completely brand new! The paint match was flawless, panel alignment was perfect, and you’d never know there was ever any damage. What impressed me even more was the value. I got quotes from a couple of other shops (from the same company, might I add), and this location came in at roughly half the cost, work done in half the time, without cutting corners on quality. It’s clear the technicians here are highly skilled and take real pride in their craft. Between the outstanding workmanship, fair pricing, and excellent customer service, I would take my car here again and again.

I was very hesitant to give caliber another chance because of a previous bad experience with another location but this location was able to squeeze me in same day so I blindly gave in for another try. Glad I did because Tanya was great. The receptionist not so much. She's not personable and inviting. She don't smile, don't remember her greetings and she sounds like she's bored or do not want to be there. I greeted her, was polite and said thank you a few thanks but she never replied with any thank you/you're welcome response.

Looks nice and shiny. So far so good. My car was also given a courtesy wash, which it desperately needed 🤣
