Carlos cared about us and our need to get back on the road. Not only was the car perfectly repaired, it was detailed and returned with gas as he knew we were picking it up after a 6 hour drive from our son’s wedding. Trust this team immensely!

Caliber was able to fix my vehicle after I got rear ended. Carlos and his team were kind when I arrived and I was quickly provided with service. The reason I am not giving them a 10 rating is because there was a lack of communication during the repair of my vehicle. I informed the front desk that I would be out of the states for a week and provided them with an alternative contact that could speak on my behalf but that never happened. When I returned from my trip my vehicle was picked up by my dad and he informed me that all my brake pads were “metal to metal” and there was a loud screeching and rattling noise. When the staff were questioned they told him that it was not related to the accident and therefore it was not replaced. One of my mud guard was not replaced after it was scraped up from the accident. There was also suspicious beige mud splatter all over the mud guard and under my vehicle as if someone drove it through the mountains. The staff stated that it was from the “rain” but there has not been rain for months now. I am 100% sure that my brake pads were intact and functioning when I dropped off my vehicle to caliber. I am not saying that it was not worn down but it definitely was not metal to metal or screeching when I dropped it off. I spoke to their manager Carlos and he was able to set me up with an appt for an inspection. I took this opportunity to ask about the mud splatter and questioned how my brake pads were metal to metal out of the blue. He stated that the mud splatter were from the water they use to wash vehicles (not exactly sure how that happened). I also asked if someone took my vehicle for a joy ride and that question was dismissed without a response. Carlos was kind and replaced my brake pads along with my rear rotors. So at the end of the day the issue was resolved but it was suspicious and time consuming on my end.

We have NEVER had anything less than great service with Caliber (folsom blvd location). Tony kept that tradition going. We hope we never need this type of service but unfortunately things happen. We have had 2 cars repaired here 4-5 times in all for a different service each time. And each time we experienced professionalism, communication,friendliness and of course great repairs! Thanks Tony! My lights lo9k brand new!!!

I have to highly commend Carlos for his phenomenal service at pickup. He knows what he did. :) I waited for update calls and would have preferred more contact. Also, what was with the guy calling me with wrong information? I never got an explanation...
