It was a little frustrating to have to wait for repairs past the estimated time, but the focus on quality was very appreciated and the wait was worth it. The paint matches beautifully and all replaced parts make my car (from behind) look "like new".

Each day once the repairs had started I was given an update on the status, and after the estimate time was up and they had quality concerns and let me know when issues caused delays, like a wrong size part preventing my tail light from being replaced. Very satisfied with communication levels.
