The passenger door on the driver’s side is not aligned, and there are imperfections in the paint. There is oil/grease running out of the driver’s door which stained my pants. The repairs seemed rushed so that the employee helping me could go on vacation. She states that my car had to be done on August 5th in order to go on vacation. Additionally, I took my car to the dealership for an oil change the following day, and they could not get the hood open, and the gas door is not popping open either. The dealership is addressing the latter two issues.

Really positive experience with Caliber Collision after a deer strike on my 2026 Honda Passport. I worked through USAA to find a local shop I could trust with a brand new vehicle, and Caliber delivered. From the start, communication was excellent. They got me in quickly for an evaluation, and when we knew parts needed to be ordered, they didn't rush me to check in the car. Instead, they ordered everything ahead of time after I paid my deductible so I could keep driving while we waited. Once the parts came in, they scheduled the repair to minimize the time I was without my vehicle. They also helped me coordinate with Enterprise for a rental and walked me through that whole process. Ronan was really great — super professional and on top of things! He did a thorough walkthrough of the damage, laid out the next steps clearly, and was available for any questions along the way. Everyone in the office was helpful too, from billing to status updates. They also have a solid automated system that keeps you informed on your vehicle's progress throughout the repair. Hopefully I won't need collision repair again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll be back at the Salem Caliber for service.
