Years ago Caliber did repairs on a previous car so I felt comfortable bringing the Tucson there. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and the car looks and runs great. Only two small issues. The text messages and communication directly from you were right on but automated ones were confusing. Kept saying car would be ready by 31st. Other thing is that when I left the shop I realized I was on dead empty and had 4 miles of gas. Thank goodness no red light because when I pulled to pump I probably could’ve only gone another quarter of a mile. Thank you all for doing such a good job on the car and getting it back so quickly.

only downside is that car had enough gas to go 4 miles when I got it back. Barely made it to the gas station. Automated update said it would be ready on 31st the day before I picked it up. Car looks great and staff was really nice and helpful.

Excellent customer service in the office, I was greeted immediately and then Zach came out, did a thorough estimate of what needed to be taken care of. They called the rental car company to come pick me up and I was in another car within 30 minutes! My car came back to me looking so much better! You couldn’t tell where the my car was hit, and they completely shined up the entire outside of my car for me. As far as returning the rental car, I was able to leave it at Caliber Collision and the rental car company picked it up there. The entire experience with Caliber Collision was personable, efficient, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for your auto body needs.

They were always polite and professional. I was kept up to date as my vehicle proceeded through the repair process. The interior of my vehicle has been vacuumed and I really appreciate having transportation to and from the repair shop arranged for me. Thank you so much for all you do! This is the only body shop my wife and I have used in the last five and a half years since moving to the Marion County/Polk County area in 2019. Always respectful, clear communication, and upmost professionalism. We appreciate all that you guys do. We have other body shops in town we could go through that aren’t in network, but we choose this Caliber Collision shop because they do absolute top notch work. During this repair, we dropped by to see if we could get the hitch ball we left on our Jeep, and they let me walk with them back so we could grab it and they explained the work they were doing and what parts they were waiting for. They even gave me advice when I picked up the car on how to fix the door hinge that has become faulty and gave me some good advice for future car work that I hadn’t even thought of originally. They are the absolute best!

Honestly im pretty disappointed with how the repairs ended up looking, especially having the vehicle for 4 weeks. After getting my Kia back home, I took a more thorough look at what was done and immediately noticed the paint that was done is a completely different shade of white that it was before an what the rest of car still is, there are also paint sags at bottom of fender for getting too much paint. The headlights are not properly installed, meaning whole assembly an not the bulbs. There is red paint of some kind left around trim of fender above the tire on passenger side and even had a couple drops on the white paint. There is what looks to be a super long dent/scratch visible on driver door which I remember seeing from the accident, its just a little less visible, but still there. I Opened the hood just to check it after everything else I'd seen at this point and the foam pieces attached to top of headlights under hood weren't glued on and fell off as soon as the hood was opened. Then when shutting the hood it wouldnt close completely. It does first click so it wont fly open but The lever to lock completely was jammed or stuck. Making the Car give off a loud continuous beeping noise if its being moved. I Had to drive over 30 min with it that way to get my boys to their dads house. He was able to get it un stuck for it to close completely, but I have not tried opening it again to see if it sticks again an wont close. I plan on taking it back today to be fixed when I bring in new tires I was told would be mounted and aligned. I've always come to caliber for my vehicle repairs and never had issues like this.

After bringing my vehicle back in to fix the issues that were presented after the first fix all but the paint color was fixed and complete! Waiting to figure out how to get my refund back for the tire I purchased that was covered an paid for by insurance.
