I originally planned on bringing my vehicle in March as to not interrupt life as much as possible since this is my daughter's car. After our initial inspection, I received an email from Fraya saying that if I could bring our car in that week, Caliber would cover a rental car for us! I was not expecting this and was completely happy! We brought the car in the next day and got the rental. While the repairs did take a little longer than expected, having the rental made this much less of an inconvenience. Everyone was super friendly and it was just a good experience! Thank you to everyone there!!!

Overall great experience. My car came back looking brand new, 2018 Honda hr-v. Caliber was not only fast at getting the repairs done they communicated with me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend and god forbid I get in another accident, but if I did I would definitely bring it back to caliber collision.
