When I met with the adjuster, Jill, U explain the damage from a tree top falling on the roof and sliding down the hood and sides of my car.she took pics of the dents in the roof and scratches on the hood and front fenders. I was also told the interior would be sanitized after work was completed Tony drove my car up and I looked it over. 1. The front hood still had globs of pitch and scratches on it. I asked if they had worked on the hood. He said no, he was not aware it needed it and told me how to clean the pitch off myself. 2. The left rear corner had a Iridescent haze all over it. He Said oh that’s just overspray from the wrap we put over the car. 3. I found a deep chip through all paint layer down to the metal on the left front of hood that had not been there when the car was left there. 4. They buffed out the overspray on the corner, but there is still overspray on all the windows and other crevices, like around the mirrors etc. 5. The interior was not sanitize6. There are blur paint handprint on the headliner. 6. There is glue and pitch on the sun roof. 7.There is debris and overspray all over the dash 8. I had a very heavy item in a box in the trunk area, this item was move to the back seat. Which I can not move out by myself because of the angle of the doors in relation to the seats. I am not sure why this item was moved. When I left the car I told them I needed to get the stuff out of the trunk but was told it was not a issue as no work would be done to that area so those items were fine to stay where they were. I am not satisfied.

The repair was 110%! They are very helpful and make everything easy from the start to the end. Well arranged with rentals with no hassle and they are on top of everything. Their text message status update is very helpful. I will for sure recommend caliber collision to friends and families.
