They have awesome customer service. They are flexible with you and your schedule, especially work, and being available even after hours. I truly appreciate this as I work in beaverton, and dont get home to Salem until 7pm. They waited for me to bring my car in after the time they should have been closed. They are friendly and welcoming. I have been here twice now, and I have no complaints. Caliber Collision will remain my go to place for autobody work. I absolutely love and cherish the service. The work itself is very efficient and professional. Looks like I just got it off the lot. I appreciate your work, and value this company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THANK YOU for all that you do. I picked up my vehicle for the second time they have said it was done and it still is not fully completed i have to go there again to have it finished plus you left the old lettering in the back seat of my truck
