I got regular texts with updates on the progress. When it was necessary to move my car to another location I received a friendly call from Caliber requesting this move. I had to go back after repairs were completed as the lane departure would not turn off. The technician who came out to help was very knowledgeable and helpful. She got my car back to where I wanted it!
