The work done and the Customerservice I received was much better than expected. Despite delays due to recent wildfires I received regular messages regarding my service and progress. They coordinated everything for me with my insurance company and my rental car so that drop off and pick up was super efficient. This has to be the easiest repair I have ever done. We were impressed with the updates on the repair of our car, the quick time of the repair and how well the car now looks. We were surprised that there was a $900 difference from the estimate to the actual cost.

I appreciated having the car buffed and detailed out when it was returned to me although there were some items I had in the front passenger seat thrown in the back and while the seats in back had been flat allowing for storage and my dog to ride in the back when they were returned they had been set in the upright position. This might have been so they could work on the car better but it would have been nicer to have them returned the way they found them and the items replaced on the passenger seat The office staff couldn't have been nicer and they were a pleasure to work with.
