Jose Garcia was friendly and respectful. He was so easy to work with. I was a mess when I arrived and he was patient and kind. He reassured me that everything would be as good as new. Upon return it was so nice to see him again. He had a funny story and was pleasant once again. The service was exceptional.

Caliber Collision is great, staff and representatives are helpful. The major concern was that my repair was not complete first time. It still needs a part to make it a pre-accident look.
