I have to say it was an experience that made getting my vehicle stolen alot more tolerable. Erica was super diligent in keeping me informed and taking care of things. She and the rest of the crew at the Lewis Street location here in Salem, went above and beyond my expectations. Truck is in wayyy better shape, and I am glad they did the repairs. . . .plus they detailed it to a point that rivals dealership standards.

I want to say that everyone at caliber did a wonderful job. José was very kind, informative, and thorough both when I dropped my truck off and when I picked it up. And the ladies at the front desk were all very accommodating and knowledgeable. Everything was a pleasant experience and I will definitely go back again (although hopefully I don't have to any time soon). My truck turned out absolutely beautifully and I am overjoyed with the results and the experience at caliber. Thank you all very much for your outstanding customer service.
