As long as Jose is there, I trust Caliber. He’s the reason I came back. I had a collision last year, when the shop was called ABRA, and I didn’t want to work with anybody else if I didn’t have to. He’s conscientious, skilled, and thoughtful and he communicates really well. Forget that he saved me a needless part replacement that would have cost me $400+, he’s just good people! 😁

Although the damage was minor, the team who worked on my truck took no shortcuts and did an excellent job restoring/replacing any damage. They even went above and beyond by cleaning the inside of my truck as well which I was not expecting.

they kept me informed step by step, completed the job in timely manner, were willing to have car rental at drop iff and offered to drop if vehicle at my house upon completion . The repair was great and no previous damage detectable.

I understand mistakes occur. I was informed that my car was ready to pick up so drove the 15 minutes to the shop and upon inspection found the front bumper not attached in a solid, permanent fashion. The GM of the shop reviewed the work and tried to remedy it but in the end I needed to return on the upcoming Monday. Was offered a service to deliver the car to me but I declined. It appears to be all set now so it is all good. They fixed it and we have it back.
