I was not pleased with the scheduling. I was asked to bring in the vehicle on Monday by 10 am; which was done and at which time I was told that the shop would not be getting to it until Tuesday morning. The result is that I was without a vehicle that I could have used the remainder of Monday and turned in the vehicle later Monday afternoon. Poor scheduling job.

They had my car for over a month and delayed me five times. They did comp part of the rental fee and drove it out to meet me in Monmouth, which I appreciated, but then when I finally got it back I drove from Monmouth elementary school to western Oregon university (5min) and my tire pressure was really low. Then when I got out of class 6 hours later my tire was completely flat.
