They had my car for over a month and delayed me five times. They did comp part of the rental fee and drove it out to meet me in Monmouth, which I appreciated, but then when I finally got it back I drove from Monmouth elementary school to western Oregon university (5min) and my tire pressure was really low. Then when I got out of class 6 hours later my tire was completely flat.

Jose was very professional, approachable, kind and not at all condescending which is not always the case for a female! He kept m informed of the progress, gave me a heads up when almost complete and reacted quickly and thoroughly to my questions. Much appreciated, I will be back if ever necessary!

Cathy and Erica were amazing!! I couldn’t of asked for better support. I had issues with my license not working for some reason with the rental company and they went above and beyond there job to help me figure out the next steps! They made a situation that could of been frustrating but they were right there with me helping me. I will always go back to this location and refer everyone I know to them! They’re amazing!
