These guys actually worked with me and helped get my car in tip top shape even with a flood warning! They also assured me that when I dropped off my car that they'll hold my car if I happen to go into labor before my son's due date! They all seemed close and as someone who was nervous to leave their brand new car to a repair shop, that really was comforting! These guys are amazing 10/10 recommended by me! Picked up my car and it was as good as new!!

Everyone was so kind and polite. There was no B.S. smoke screens, everything was up front and factual, even if it may not have been the best news, it was honest and true. As a customer, even the hard facts are appreciated! Blowing smoke up someone’s butt, just to try and keep them satisfied, is in my opinion, the worst course of action! I feel that I can trust Caliber Collision and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing good quality and reliable service.

Finding myself at the wrong location, Kaylee did an excellent job seamlessly and quickly transferring my claim and correcting the car rental reservation.
