Now that I’ve had time to visually inspect the interior of my vehicle after picking it up, I must say that this was really a bad rushed job, not only was it left dirty, it was incomplete with bad final assembly lines, then to add bad to worse, why would they not put back ALL the pieces that were removed. There is one piece that is missing from the seatbelt structure that I know for a fact was there before being dropped off. Exterior job. 9/10 ... communication between CC and client 9/10... interior assembly 1/10.

The work itself was top notch, the communication between the shop and myself was excellent, I was kept abreast of all work being done on my vehicle. The problem that needed remediation was not noticed till after arriving home. The interior was left dirty, seats and back rest were left smudged with grease and dirt, where the seat was removed and left unsecured. There were to pop off sections that had been left unattached to frame. I would definitely would have done a better job if checking the final product before turning it over to the customer. The devil is in the details as it makes you think and wonder, “if the small stuff that the customer CAN see doesn’t matter why would the work the customer CAN’T see matter”?

everything from start to finish with my repair was a wonderful experience. I was in a terrible fender bender a few weeks back and it completely destroyed the right side of my car. Miguel kept me up to date each step of the way, and even got my car finished by the projected completion date just as promised. I am extremely happy with the attention to detail in my repairs!
