Back bumper is still detached about ¾ imch from the body of car. That should have been noticed and fixed. Now we have to wait for the insurance again in order to approve a replacement.

Gary Job on the new parts fitment, I just wish you would have fought harder to get my windshield chip repaired. I gotta live with it because insurance is denying it and I'm no expert.

Went in due to bumper damage. My Truck was washed before pick up. Wash at caliber was atrocious. My truck now has scratches all the way around it. It’s brand new with 900 miles in it. Has been washed once by had since purchase and paint was flawless when dropped off.

2026 with 920 miles Truck was returned to me “after being washed” filthy and covered in brush scratches. Bumper was not aligned and was not bolted on completely. Green paint on newly painted bumper. Fog light was not working. Had to return a second time for resolve and polish on whole truck due to all the scratches Not happy with the work. Being told my truck wasn’t checked correctly. leaves me with minimal confidence in repair. Asking me not to mention my truck was returned a second time is also very appalling. What is going on over there that you’re asking customers to cover your mistakes. After round 2 the jobs seems to be done. I don’t have confidence in the work done.
