Car was given back with overspray on several areas and pinstripe broken on multiple areas as well. I was asked to take the car back two days later to be finished but then was told it will have to wait another week to be finished because now they are too busy. Customer service started strong but was poor after full payment was made. Still waiting for car to be finished.

my car was promised on Thursday , but was called and told that the paint job repair did not come out as expected, and was told it should be ready on Friday, thus delaying my car pick up. A guy called me on Friday and saud it was ready, but was unable to pick up my car due to other commitments, finally picked up my car on Saturday not before I noticed a discoloration and pointed out to agent and took my car back in to the shop to take off. Again I had to wait.

Ben went above and beyond by keeping us informed during all the delays. He kept his crew on their toes making sure that we got on jeep back in a timely matter and the integrity of our vehicle was upheld.

They went out of their way to help me get the car in and out without the need of a rental car. I really appreciate that.
